NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017868-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-46, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-46 is the Plaintiff and Lara C. Hoechst; Unknown Spouse of Lara C. Hoechst; The Vineyard Condominium Association, Incorporated; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11, BUILDING 4, OF THE VINEYARDS PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3256, PAGES, 2393 THROUGH 2436, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
