NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 5, 2013, in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida the Clerk of Court shall hold a sale for the subject property located in Orange County, Florida, described as:

That part of Block E, SOUTHPART UNIT FOUR as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 137, of the public records of Orange County, Florida described as follows:
Commence at the point of intersection of the South boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 23 South, Range 29 East, Orange County, Florida with the East boundary of Block “E”, SOUTHPARK UNIT FOUR as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 137, of the public records of Orange County, Florida, thence run North 06º09'56” West 525.78 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said East boundary run South 83º50'04” West 412.25 feet; thence run North 06º09'56” West 455.00 feet; thence North 83º50'04” East 412.25 feet; thence run South 06º09'56” East 455.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH:
All assets of EQUITY ROW PARTNERS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, of every kind and nature, now existing and hereafter acquired and arising and wherever located, related to the ownership or operation of the above described real property, including without limitation, accounts, deposit or reserve accounts, commercial tort claims, letter of credit rights, chattel paper (including electronic chattel paper), documents, instruments, investment property, general intangibles (including payment intangibles), software, goods, inventory, equipment, furniture and fixtures, all supporting obligations of the foregoing, and all cash and noncash proceeds and products (including without limitation insurance proceeds) of the foregoing, and all additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof.
at public sale on February 4, 2014, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
