NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015595-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and AMBASSADOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM BUILDING A, UNIT NO. 2, OF AMBASSADOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium for Ambassador House Condominium, and Exhibits annexed thereto, filed November 10, 1980, in Official Records Book 3151, Page 1598, Public Records of Orange County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be in appurtenance to the above condominium unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
