NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006636, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and SHERI STEWART A/K/A SHERI LYNN STEWART VIRGINIA L. MCCLAREN SHERI LYNN STEWART, TRUSTEE OF THE SHERI LYNN STEWART TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2008 UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 UNKNOWN TENANT # 3; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A BARBARA J. ZAMBRANO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The Northeasterly 20 feet of Lot 4, all of Lot 5, and the Southwesterly 30 feet of Lot 6, of a re subdivision of Lot 19, CHADWICK SUBDIVISION in part of Government Lots 3 and 4 as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 60, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, all lying and being in Section 12, Township 41, South, Range 19 East, Charlotte County, Florida. Together with a non-exclusive walking easement over and across the following described property; The Southerly 5 feet of the undivided portion of Lot 35 and the Northerly 5 feet of the undivided portion of Lot 36, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 60, and Plat Book 2, Page 50, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
