NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 103657CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDER OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is Plaintiff, and GREGORY A. HODGE, DONNA L. HODGE; ROTONDA HEIGHTS CONSERVATON ASSOCIATIONS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 196, ROTONDA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 26A THROUGH 26Z, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
