ANGEL SILVA, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL SILVA, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,

Notice is given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No.: 2013-CC-000703AX, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is VILLAGE OF BAYSHORE GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are ANGEL SILVA and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL SILVA N/K/A AMANDA SILVA, and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell, the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on December 20, 2013 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
UNIT NO. 26, OF VILLAGE OF BAYSHORE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2088, PAGE 4335, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2531 B ayshore Gardens Parkway, Unit 26, Bradenton, Florida 34207.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
