NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003089, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC2, MORTGAGE-PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC2, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM C. MILLER, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 256.5 FEET SOUTH AND 290.3 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST 85.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 126.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 85.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 126.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING LOT 3 OF A SURVEY RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 261, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO LOT 2 ON A SURVEY OF PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19 AND ATTACHED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 261, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
