NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 27th day of December 2013, at 11am online at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, WOODMAN'S SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH RANGE 17 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 269 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
