Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA004910AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC., FKA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, CO. is the Plaintiff, and DONALD L. HARVEY, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, GLAZIER-GALLUP-LIST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
