NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 25, 2013 and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on November 15, 2013 in the above-referenced matter, pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on December 26, 2013, the following property described below, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
The Ground Lease and the leasehold estate under that certain lease between Broadway Promenade Holdings LLC f/k/a Mixed Coconut Holdings, LLC, as Landlord, and Broadway Bar Inc. d/b/a Broadway Bar, as Tenant, dated October 11, 2007 covering the real estate located in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as:
lots 11, 12, and 13, block 5, boulevard addition to sarasota, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book a, page 31, public records of sarasota county, florida; together with the personal property affixed thereto and located thereon.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
