NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of October 2013 and the Order Cancelling Foreclosure and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th of November 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001369 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming y, through , under or against, John DiMattina, Deceased , John DiMattina, Deceased, as Trustee under the Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 5, 1988, Faith A. Quinn, Successor Trustee under the Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 5, 1988 and Beach Harbor Club Association, Inc. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 23rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-104, BEACH HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 854, PAGE 1080 AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
