NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008899 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and PAVLA BUDIK; TRINITY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 222, BUILDING 3, TRINITY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1314, PAGE 1380, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF., RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 47, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
