NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007492 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA10, is Plaintiff, and BRADFORD K. DUNAWAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF TRACT 456, NORTH VENICE FARMS SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 203, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 456; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST 7 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 53 SECONDS EAST 470.63 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 89 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 53 SECONDS EAST 459.28 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREE 19 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST 479.88 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 19 SECONDS WEST 459.40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREE 19 MINUTES 49 SECONDS EAST 468.58 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
