NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 14 AND LOT 15, LESS THE EAST 45 FEET, BLOCK 942, 38TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 5, 5A AND 5B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 8241 DOROTHY AVENUE, NORTH PORT, FLORIDA 34287,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 23rd day of December, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
