LYLE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
