NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003055 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and Peggy Q. Pope and Farmington Vistas Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 26th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Sarasota, in the State of Florida, to wit: Unit Four Hundred Thirty Four (434), Building Twenty Four (24), Farmington Vistas at the Plantation, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1499, Page 1332, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 28, and as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
