NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013 entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002200 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TROPICAL FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION, is the plaintiff and RUBY S. MORELAND et al., are the defendants, The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. at 9:00 a.m. on December 26. 2013, the following described real property situated in Sarasota County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure to wit:
LOT 4 AND 5, BLOCK 4, NEWTOWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, AT PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
