NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011730-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A.1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and VALERIY ROGOZHNIKOV; LYUDMILA LUKYANCHUK A/K/A L. LUKYANCHUK; TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL SENGBUSCH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A COLLEEN HARROUN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 125 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING: THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF LOT 7, ALL OF LOT 8, AND THE NORTH 13 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK E, MADISON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
