NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-000553 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SHOPE; LISA SHOPE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CRYSTAL LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 45, CRYSTAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 8, 8A TO 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
