NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 20, 2013, and entered in 13-CA-051934 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and DALE E. POLHEMUS; ROSE L. POLHEMUS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1754, UNIT 45 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
