From said POINT OF BEGINNING run South 01Ëš22'40” East along said West line of Neal Road for 234.00 feet; thence run South 88Ëš45'50” West parallel with said North line of Section 7 for 132.00 feet; thence run North 01Ëš22'40” West parallel with said West line of Neal Road for 234.00 feet to said North line of Section 7; thence run North 88Ëš45'50” East along said North line for 132.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
