NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 22 day of NOV, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51725, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. HOWARD UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. HOWARD UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 2980, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 42, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 32-44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
