NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014749 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for MASTR Reperforming Loan Trust 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and Gloria G. Martinez also known as Gloria Martinez, Jaime Martinez, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Gloria G. Martinez also known as Gloria Martinez, The Unknown Spouse of Jaime Martinez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
