NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2012-CA-8016 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Unit 14929-312, Building 4, ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, and amendments thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 16781, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2014.
