Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and SHELLY A. CHRISTENSEN; TODD M. CHRISTENSEN; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this December 17th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
