NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 16, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-010519 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A is Plaintiff and EDWIN GARCIA, MELISA GARCIA, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A BO GARCIA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1392, FIRST ADDITION TO RUSKIN CITY, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39 & 40,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
