NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 09CA019944 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RAMP 2005EFC4 is the Plaintiff and Susan B. Combs; Hyde Park Place II Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as nominee for EquiFirst Corporation; Unknown Spouse of Susan B. Combs; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 213, HYDE PARK PLACE II, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12354, PAGE 1999 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
