NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-001795 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Ricardo Glen, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Jessica L. Glen, Kings Lake Neighborhood Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
