NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006528, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WMALT 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and TRAVIS MINOR; MELROSE COURT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 222 OF MELROSE COURT II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16223, PAGE 1478 AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND EXHIBITS THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
