Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida; the clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 32, SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 22 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9305 North Forest Hills Drive, Tampa, Florida 33612, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on JANUARY 28, 2014 at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. The purchaser of the property shall be required to pay the electronic sales fee assess in accordance with section 45.035(3), Florida Statutes. The Clerk will not issue the Certificate of Title if the electronic sales fee is not paid.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
