NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-020084 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-22, Plaintiff, and, GUTIERREZ, DANIEL, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 19TH day of DECEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
TRACT BEGINNING 1392.50 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, RUN NORTH 250 FEET; THENCE WEST 103.80 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 250 FEET; THENCE EAST 103.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
