NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014180 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Kavita Persaud, Mark A. Kishun, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A. a Natl. Assn., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 3, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWHEQ, Inc. Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-S6, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
