Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-024037, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, LEMENE CHARLES; NERI DAT; JOHN DOE N/K/A PAUL VASTY; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NERI DAT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
