NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023410 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11 is the Plaintiff and HSSAN ALFE; NISRIN ALASTI A/K/A NESREEN ALSATI; BUCKINGHAM AT TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAMPA PALMS AREA 3 OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
