NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007512 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Larry Walls also known as Larry E. Walls, Plantation Homeowners, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Cheryl Rudford, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Teresa Walls also known as Teresa Sapp, deceased, The Unknown Spouse of Larry Walls also known as Larry E. Walls, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
