NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001315 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac IMSC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Jennie J. Crane, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Jennie J. Crane, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
