NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 5, 2013, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Apartment Number 303, of MADEIRA SANDS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Pages 31 through 34 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4991, Page 487, as amended, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of January, 2014.
