FISHER A/K/A JAMIE LYNNE FISHER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE FISHER A/K/A JAMIE L. FISHER A/K/A JAMIE LYNNE FISHER N/K/A DAN FISHER; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYSIDE NORTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 103, BUILDING C, PHASE V, BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 52 THROUGH 56 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 6 AND 7; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6050, PAGES 854 THROUGH 929, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
