NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2008, and entered in Case No.: 2007-CA-11056 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, to be published in the Business Observer, in which Alliance Realty Capital, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jose Ortiz, Giselle Ortiz, and St. Andrews Cove II Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 20th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3, BUILDING W, ST ANDREWS VOCE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 113 THROUGH 120, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4553, PAGE(S) 1661 THROUGH 1716, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
