NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522010CA009651XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND A OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GLORIA OLGA MARSHAL; DAVID C. MARSHALL, SR.; RICHARD J. MARSHALL; DIANE M. SAUCIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK “L”, ORANGEWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 18 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
