NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA012851XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and WAYNE V. LEGG; SHARRON K. LEGG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FINANCIAL CASUALTY & SURETY, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK “E” OF INDIAN ROCKS VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
