NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-013608-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and LOUELLA WALKER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUELLA WALKER, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7 and the North 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 1, LELAND PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 22, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
