NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 13, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09012424CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and IAN SOUTHALL, WENDY SOUTHALL, AMERICAN HOME PROTECTION LLC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAND TRUST FOR KILMER AVE UTD 07/23/2007, THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, SETTLORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE LAND TRUST FOR KILMER AVE UTD 07/23/2007, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK E, GULF TO BAY ACRES FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
