JUN , MYUNG HEE BHARK A/K/A MYUNGHEE H. BHARK A/K/A MYUNGHEE BHARK , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLEARWATER POOL AND SPA, INC., SOCK CHAI JUN, YOUNG HEE JUN, POOL CARE, INC. , SUNTRUST BANK , MICHAEL JUN, JENNY S. JUN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JUN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MYUNG HEE BHARK A/K/A MYUNGHEE H. BHARK A/K/A MYUNGHEE BHARK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOCK CHAI JUN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YOUNG HEE JUN,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Michael Jun, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, BAYOU CLUB ESTATES, TRACT 5, PHASE 4, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
