NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 4, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011881 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WANDA J STAMBAUGH; BAY PINES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SEAN STAMBAUGH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 317, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BAY PINES CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3328, PAGE 334 ET SEQ., AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3369, PAGE 333; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4168, PAGE 529; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4753, PAGE 809; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4863, PAGE 148 OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6953, PAGE 1652 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7160, PAGE 22; AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 62 ET SEQ., AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 13, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
