NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08014039CI, DIVISION: 7, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and LESLEE A. LONG; ROBIN L. LONG; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF THE EAST ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS IN COMMON WITH OTHERS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
