YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HARBOR OAKS I HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. , herein in the following described property:
Lot 35, Harbor Oaks I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 10 through 15, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1729 Oak Spring Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before December 30, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
