NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000264 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Kimberly J. Tracy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, LESS: FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, AS POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTHERLY, ALONG EASTERLY LINE, 7.85 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTERLY, 90 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE, NORTH OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6; THENCE RUN SOUTH, ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 6, 13.75 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 86 DEGREES 21'49” EAST, 90 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 3, FIRST ADDITION TO BAY POINT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 37 AND 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
