NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015412 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE TOCCO; DEBORAH ROESHINK-TOCCO; CARIBBEAN POOL SERVICE, INC.; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, BELLEAIR MANOR , UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
