NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE
To: All persons listed below, their guardians, heirs and assigns, record owners of the unit week(s) as showing, all located in Pinellas County, Florida comprised of Unit Weeks as more particularly defined in and governed by that certain:
Declaration of Condominium for Island Gulf Resort Condominium Association, Inc., a condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 5542 at pages 1264, et seq. Public Records, Pinellas County, Florida.
You are hereby given Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose on behalf of Island Gulf Resort Condominium Association. You may cure the default and redeem the timeshare interest by paying the amounts secured by the Association's lien on your unit week(s) as showing below in cash or certified funds to Timeshare Trustee at any time prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Sale.

If you do not object to the use of the trustee foreclosure procedure, you will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the sale of your timeshare interest by the TRUSTEE are insufficient to offset the amounts secured by the lien.
